Shipping policy

Find out everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery times, and costs below.

We use two carriers, Royal Mail and DPD, both are available from our in-store Post Office.

We use Tracked 48 Large Letter and Tracked 48 Parcel services from Royal Mail - no signature is required by you but there is proof of delivery available.

We will use DPD services where Royal Mail becomes too expensive, the crossover for this is usually international and larger UK parcels.

So, in mainland UK, with a one day turnaround for orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday, and a two day turnaround for orders placed before 2pm on a weekend, plus two/three days delivery, you should see your stuff within three to five days.

Highlands and islands may take a day or two longer.

International around eight-ten days.

You will always be able to track your items and will have full knowledge of expected delivery times once it is processed through the Post Office system.
