We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please read our returns and refunds policy below.

We will generally require one of the following reasons for your return and refund:

  1. Item is not been received (note we track every item sent by Royal Mail or DPD so we will need to satisfy their policy on missing items)
  2. Item is damaged upon arrival. Please send us a picture and describe the damage.
  3. Item is materially different to the described when you purchased it, for example, sizing was incorrect or wrong colour sent.
